Leadership & Executive Coaching

Feeling stuck in your career doesn’t mean you’ve done anything wrong.

All career paths come with twists and turns, peaks and ditches. Even the ‘most promising’ ones.
What do you do when your ‘promising’ career stops being satisfying? Or fulfilling? Or fun?
When you’re capable, reliable, professional and resilient, no one will spot that you’re having doubts. To you, the uncertainty is inescapable.

What do you do with that uneasy feeling?

Explore all the possibilities.

A studied approach, a fresh perspective and a process of focused inquiry allow you to – safely and productively – explore the unknown. You may decide that you don’t need to change your job, your career, your company… or even move your desk. Or you may discover exactly what’s missing and how to go get it. I don’t know what decisions you’ll make during our coaching sessions. But I do know you’ll get clarity, a new outlook, and tangible steps so you can move with enthusiasm toward whatever your future holds.

When you can see possibility, everything gets exciting again.

What you need to know about coaching

Coaching brings clarity

That tangled-up feeling is normal and you don’t need to know what you want for your coaching relationship to be effective. We figure that out together.

Coaching opens options

We can get locked into thinking our choices are few. Coaching offers objective, fresh perspectives and brings the bigger picture into view.

Coaching will surprise you

Being prompted with wise questions will produce insights you couldn’t access before. Confusion is exhausting; getting coached is exhilarating.

I am a coach

Getting my coaching training after 40, switching from a long career in IT and Project Management, and getting past the risk-adversity that I’d considered a strength my whole life, was – in one word – terrifying. Working with a coach to dismantle my assumptions, gain clarity and plot a path forward was a game-changing investment for me. I won’t tell you to quit your job! As your coach, I’ll help you clarify what you want to achieve and figure out the steps to achieve it.

Speak candidly. Get perspective. Clarify your wants & needs. Plot your way forward.
