Dylan served in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve, where he developed a leadership philosophy grounded in integrity, teamwork, and adaptability—principles that continue to guide his work with leaders today.
Leaders who explore coaching often start with a few key questions. Here are some of the ones I hear most often.
My background combines more than two decades of global program leadership, senior leadership roles within organizations, and professional coaching. That means our conversations stay grounded in real leadership challenges while also focusing on clarity, growth, and long-term development.
Most sessions are conducted virtually and typically run 55 minutes. Coaching engagements are customized to each leader’s goals and often include leadership assessments such as the Leadership Circle Profile or iEQ9 Enneagram.
I work with senior leaders, executives, and high-potential professionals who want to strengthen their leadership impact, navigate complex decisions, and grow into the next stage of their leadership within their organizations.
Coaching engagements are typically structured as a series of sessions over several months, allowing time for reflection, experimentation, and meaningful change. Some leaders choose a shorter engagement focused on a specific challenge, while others continue working together over a longer period as part of their leadership development.
Leaders I work with often describe the impact of executive leadership coaching in terms of greater clarity, confidence, and effectiveness in their roles.
After stepping into a senior leadership role, I struggled with imposter syndrome despite clear signs of success—but working with Dylan helped me recognize my strengths, reframe my self-doubt, and lead with confidence. His coaching gave me the clarity and tools to embrace my role fully, and the impact on my mindset and career has been genuinely transformative.

After working with Dylan I am able to incorporate strategies to reduce my fears of public speaking and procrastination around sharing my writing with the public. Dylan has great listening skills, asks thoughtful questions, and is not at all judgemental. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make changes in their life.

This is exactly what coaching should be. It's got me on the path where I am more confident in working with senior leaders.
