If you’re okay staying stuck, spinning your wheels and idly grumbling about stuff, then coaching probably isn’t for you. That’s good news for folks who are dissatisfied and want to shift things in their favor, or who aspire to become better versions of themselves. That’s exactly who coaching is for.
When you decide to become a better leader, a better parent, a better spouse, and a better human, coaching will clarify what that means to you, and help you choose steps to get there.
Athletes train. Musicians practice. Becoming takes time and effort. I will help you dedicate time and make the most of your effort to grow into who you want to be.
Our work will be focused on enhancing your effectiveness, performance, and impact as a leader without compromising what is meaningful to you personally. You bring the agenda; we can adapt to any situation or opportunity as it presents.
We'll work together to:
• Define and achieve specific goals through clear plans of actions
• Define your short-term and longer-term priorities
• Identify your towering strengths and talents
• Explore long-held beliefs and how they shape patterns of behavior
• Identify self-limiting beliefs, and triggers that limit effectiveness
• Gain awareness of your impact on those around you
• Find new, expanded ways to lead more authentically
Our work will consist of:
• Discovery Package and Foundation Session: Your responses to a customized discovery questionnaire and our 60min Foundation Session allow us to set the stage for how we’ll partner together; as well as set the agenda for coaching by exploring your priorities, goals and expectations.
• 360 Degree Leadership Assessment: The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) provides a detailed snapshot in time, enabling leaders to answer the question: “How are my behaviors and mindset enabling or constraining my intended leadership impact and our business performance?”. This 360-degree assessment feedback gives the leader greater insight into how they are perceived, including strengths and current limitations in their leadership effectiveness.
• Executive Coaching for 3 or 6 months: We will partner in a 1:1 confidential coaching relationship, holding two coaching sessions per month, ideally meeting every 2nd week for a 60 min each session.
Sessions are typically conducted by Zoom (video) or phone (when necessary).
This also includes preparation for coaching sessions and any agreed upon follow-up; plus ad hoc unlimited support as required between sessions (email, phone, text).
We can negotiate a pause when needed for family emergencies, illness, maternity leave etc.
